1. Melting method. Kaolin, alumina and silica are mixed in a certain proportion and melted in electric arc furnace or resistance furnace at high temperature above 2000 ~C. The melt is fine flowed out of the furnace and blown to the melt by high-speed airflow to form fibrosis.
2. Melting method. Aluminum silicate fibers are made of kaolin, alumina and silica mixed with Al2O3/SiO 2 (mass ratio) at 1:1 and melted in electric arc furnace or resistance furnace at high temperature above 2000 (?) to flow the melt out of the furnace in a fine flow, and to form fibrosis by blowing high-speed air into the melt. According to the content of silicon dioxide and alumina, the product was prepared by secondary processing.
